Individual
Counseling

My gift is the ability to help you understand yourself.  Learn new techniques for dealing with life problems and situations.

My Approach

I believe that people intrinsically know what they need to heal and be successful.  It is my job to help find those spaces that are causing life problems and help you begin to heal them.

The first session is designed to give us a chance to get to know each other and define what we need to work toward.

About me

I'm a dedicated and driven individual with a calling to help others.  After graduating from East Tennessee State University with a Master's Degree in Community Agency Counseling, I found my purpose in helping individuals who struggle with addictions, behavioral health issues.

Getting Help

It takes courage to admit when you need help, and even more to do something about it.  I look at myself as a tour guide and coach on this amazing journey.  I will help you get the most out of your sessions but in the end, you have to be willing to do the work.  I'm here to encourage, push, shove and support you!!!
